Information we collect
When you request a customs-clearing quotation, we collect the contact details you provide, your service selection, cargo category, shipment origin and destination, message and the page from which the enquiry was sent. Our server also processes basic technical information for security and rate limiting.
How we use enquiries
We use your information to review import and export clearing requests, contact you, prepare a response and maintain necessary business records. Please do not include identity documents, passwords, bank details or confidential commercial attachments in the initial enquiry form.
Where enquiry records are kept
The form saves a private server-side enquiry record before attempting email notifications. These files are intended to be stored outside the publicly accessible website directory. Authorised website and business administrators may access the records for enquiry follow-up, security and operational purposes. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations; you may contact us about a specific record.
Email and other providers
Administrative notices and optional customer acknowledgements are attempted through the website hosting provider's mail service. An accepted email submission does not always mean a message has reached an inbox. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp. Our website also uses Google Fonts and our hosting provider may process technical logs.

Quotation enquiries
When you request a clearing quote we collect the name, phone number, optional email, service type, cargo category, origin, destination and message you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to your enquiry; it is not automatically sent to ZRA.
Storage and delivery
The website attempts to save a server-side enquiry record outside its public document directory before attempting email notification. Access to that storage should be restricted to authorised site administrators. The server operator is responsible for keeping the configured storage secure and deleting records no longer needed.
Messages and third-party services
If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled using WhatsApp’s service. If you choose the web form, an administrative notification is attempted by the server mail system. Email acceptance by the server does not guarantee delivery to a specific inbox.
